Vibration White Finger is a condition that is caused by working with vibrating machinery such as drills and chain saws. The condition is actually more common in women as they are nine times more likely to suffer from it than men.

In the case of vibration white finger, symptoms include tingling and numbness that continue after the vibrating machinery has been turned off. Then the fingers become white and numb but the thumb isn’t usually affected.
In some extreme cases people have even lost their fingers, and this usually happens when people are working with vibrating machinery in the cold.
