SpivO is a collective project managed by multiple corporations based in Tampa, Florida. While plans are underway to simplify the ownership and management of SpivO, currently, it’s a little complicated.

SpivO was purchased from Spider Trek Technologies, Inc., in 2005 by Ybor City Telco which is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Marketing Management Motivation Services, Inc., (AMMMS).

Technology and business development is the responsibility of Adviatech Corp., a partial holding of AMMMS.

SpivO’s business operations and planning take place at Adviatech’s Tampa Network Operations and Billing Center.
