In general, all orders ship on the same or next business day, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The exact shipping costs for your order will be calculated in the checkout process, once you have added your items to your cart.
Please ensure to consult your local customs authority as additional charges for customs clearance, duties, or import fees can apply on orders shipping outside of the United States, Canada, Australia or Mexico. Spivo is not responsible for any additional fees (import charges, duties and/or taxes).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from either FedEx, USPS or Canada Post which includes your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. If you are not available receive your package, you must arrange a pick up with the shipping provider. If you do not pick up your package within the prescribed timeframe, your order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for all order that must be re-shipped.
Orders shipping with the United States usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Meanwhile, orders shipping within Canada generally arrive within 1 to 4 business days. For all other international orders, please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. The shipping times presented above apply only to items which are in stock. All items are in stock unless otherwise specified on the respective product page.
