Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

Warranty

We guarantee Spivo products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, improper handling, crashes, or extend to any Spivo product(s) that have been modified. Spivo Inc. is not responsible for any damages or loss of cameras, smartphones, or GoPros under any circumstance. To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@spivo.com

Returns

Spivo Inc. is proud to offer a 30-day risk free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Spivo product(s) purchased through Spivo.com, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.  For returns to be accepted, all items must be new and unused.

Return Instructions:

1) Request Return Authorization (RA) by contacting Spivo’s customer service.

2) Place products in original packaging and remove original shipping labels.

3) Write your order number (e.g. A9561) of the outside of the package and mail it to the address provided via email.

Your purchase method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) will be credited upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to be applied.

Notes: Any damaged items which are not covered under our warranty cannot be accepted for a refund under our 30 day money back guarantee. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and assume responsibility for the return package insurance. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Spivo will not accept international returns (from countries outside North America) which contain import fees, duties or taxes upon arrival. It is the customers responsibility to indicate on the customs form that the shipment contains returned goods. For purchases made through retailers, please refer to their return policy. A restocking fee may be applied to returns sent with missing or damaged packaging or items not in their original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges, such as Spivo Stick size changes, are permitted within the first 30 days of receiving the product. One exchange is permitted per purchase and applies only to items of equal or lesser value. To be accepted, all items must be new and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping. To request an exchange, please contact Spivo’s customer service.  For purchases made through retailers, please refer to their exchange policy. 

*For exchanges made outside of Canada and U.S.A, the customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the replacement product.
