Video edits start at $159.00 / per video with a special offer on your first video when you sign up and get a quote. Submit a quote here.

Can I use my own song?

Yes, you can upload your own song. If you do not own any songs, you can use popular songs for your own private use or you can select a royalty-free song from our library of awesome music.

Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple videos?

Yes! Add three videos to your cart and get one of them for FREE. The FREE video is applied automatically at checkout to the video edit of lesser value. Offer can be used multiple times per order (for example: buy 4 videos and get 2 free) and there is no time limit or expiration date to use the video edit(s). For 10 videos or more, please contact us for a custom quote.

How do I upload or share my files?

Once you’ve ordered your video edit, we’ll email you a custom link where you can drag and drop to upload your footage or you can share it with your favorite cloud sharing service like iCloud, GoPro Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc.

Is it safe to share my files?

Your data is private and is not shared with any third parties. Your files and completed videos belong strictly to you.

How much footage should I give you?

You can give us all the footage you have or you can filter and pre-select your favorite videos and photos. Our editors will sort through everything and pull out the best moments for you. If we miss anything you can always mention it in the free revisions or add new files.

What if my footage isn’t good enough?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee or you get your money back. You will be amazed by how good our editors are at turning ordinary footage into amazing videos. Check out our reviews here.

Can I include footage from different cameras?

Yes, you can upload absolutely anything. Literally any videos and/or photos from any camera, phone, or device in any format, aspect ratio, resolution, or frame rate. Our video editing experts will blend them together perfectly into a seamless video.

How long does it take to get my video?

Once you’ve uploaded your footage and filled out the customization form, we’ll deliver your video to your inbox within 7 days. Revision requests are completed within 4 days.

What's included in the free revision?

You get as many free revisions as you need within 15 days of reciving your latest version. You can ask to remove clips, rearrange the order of clips, adjust the volume, or change the intro or outro. We will work with you to make sure you love your video.

Can I add special requests or notes?

Can I include mostly photos?

Yes, we can add photos or make an entire photo slideshow video. You can include photos or footage from any camera, including all aspect ratios, frame rates, and formats!

Can I upload 4K or 360 raw footage?

Yes, we accept all aspect ratios, all video resolutions, and all video formats. Our editors are equipped to handle the large file sizes and processing power required to render and export 4k and/or 360 footage in its highest quality available.

Will my video be used for marketing?

No, your video is private and won’t be shared without your consent.

Do you put your watermark or Spivo logo on the video?

No, we do not add any watermarks or Spivo logos on your video. It's intended to look as if you made it yourself.

Can I get the project files?

Yes, we can provide a Premiere Pro Project file. However, we can always make necessary adjustments with the two free rounds of revisions.

Spivo 360
My camera is crooked or loose, how do I mount it?

To securely mount your camera so it is properly lined up facing forwards and backwards simply watch this how-to video here.

Or follow these instructions.

1. Make sure the Orange Disk is all the way at the bottom, but loose.
2. Screw the tripod mount clockwise onto the screw, turning it at least two full circles, keeping it loose.
3. Align the tripod mount in the desired direction. At this point the tripod screw and orange disk are both loose.
4. Hold the tripod mount into position while you turn the orange disque counter-clockwise, tightening it up against the tripod mount.
5. Make sure everything is nice and tight, and enjoy!

What cameras can I use on the Spivo 360?

All lightweight cameras can be mounted on your Spivo 360 or Spivo Stick. Similar to a universal tripod, the mounting screw is a standard 1/4”-20 screw. Here is a specific list of all cameras that can be mounted with ease:

GoPro Cameras:GoPro Hero 9, GoPro Hero 8, GoPro Hero 7, GoPro Hero 6, GoPro 2018, GoPro 5, GoPro 5 Session, GoPro Hero 4, Hero 4 Session, GoPro Session, Hero 3+, Hero 3, Hero+, Hero + LCD and Hero.

Action sport cameras: Sony Action Cam and Action Cam Mini, Garmin Virb X and Virb XE, Contour +2, Roam 2 and Roam 3, iON Air Pro, Pro 2, Pro 2 Speed Pro, and Pro Lite, WASPcam, Drift HD Ghost, Polaroid Cube and XS100i + More.

Phones can be mounted using our Phone Mount, it can fit phones and cases up to 3.4" (86mm) wide and 0.47" (12mm) thick.

Other: Compact cameras, point and shoot, and other light weight cameras can be mounted to the tripod screw if they weigh less than 450g (1.0lbs).

Is it waterproof?

Yes, it is waterproof up to 200 feet (60 meters). The Spivo is designed to go wherever you go – on land, in the rain and snow, or underwater.

Important: When using the Spivo 360 in salt water or dirty water, it is important to rinse it with fresh water after each use. For cleaning instructions click here.

How do I take pictures?

For GoPro and action sport cameras:
1. Take timed photos using the self-timer, or time lapse feature on on your camera.
2. Take screengrabs (or screenshots) from your video footage.
3. Use the smartphone app to control your camera, like GoPro's camera app.
4. Use the Wi-Fi Remote for GoPro that attaches to the Spivo 360, get it here.
5. GoPro Hero 7, GoPro Hero 6, and GoPro Hero Session offer voice control.

For phones
1. Make sure you have the Flip Phonemount which also includes a bluetooth remote to action the camera on any smartphone.
2. Use the self-timer option on your camera app.

How to maintain my Spivo 360?

It is a good practice to clean off with water or a rag any external dirt, sand, dust or other visible substances on the outside of your Spivo 360 before storing it. If you’ve used your Spivo 360 in salt water or at the beach, you should rinse it with fresh water to ensure you clean out any gunk out of the inside of your Spivo 360. Kindly refer to these instructions.

Can I take the Spivo 360 on the plane in my carry-on?

Yes, absolutely! The Spivo 360 is safe to pack in your carry-on bag or backpack. At 20” inches one, it fits nicely in just about any bag!

How do I get the Spivo 360 out of the shot?

This can be done by tilting the Phonemount or camera by approximately 10-20 degrees from the vertical resting position. Have a look at this article on how to tilt the camera and use the Spivo 360.

How do I mount the Tilt Phone Mount to the Spivo 360?

What phones can I use?

Almost all smartphones are compatible and secure with the Tilt Phonemount.

Specifically, the Tilt Phonemount will accept any smartphone between 2.35-3.6 inches (5.9-9.1 cm) wide. All newest iPhone models are compatible (6, 6+, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X).

Is the Tilt Phone Mount waterproof?

The Tilt Phonemount is waterproof. However, the Bluetooth remote, that can be attached to the Spivo 360, is not waterproof.

Be sure to rinse off your Spivo 360 and Tilt Phonemount with fresh water after using it dirty, choliranted or salt water environments.

How Secure is my phone on the Spivo 360 using the Tilt Phone Mount?

Very secure. Keeping your phone secure was the most important criterion when designing the Tilt Phonemount.

It features two stiff springs and large overhanging mounting sections, which ensure your phone won’t slip or fall out. Designed for phones that are 2.35-3.6 inches (5.9-9.1 cm) wide.

This design ensures a safe, secure fit to your phone, all the while being able to quickly attach and remove your phone at will.

What's included with the Tilt Phone Mount?

1 x Tilt Phone mount.

1 x Bluetooth Remote and Clip. Compatible with all smartphone and attaches to the Spivo 360 with an easy to use clip. It doesn't work with GoPro cameras, and it is not waterproof.

Bluetooth Remote - for phones
What phones are compatible?

The Bluetooth Remote is compatible with every smartphone with bluetooth capability (any smartphone made within the past 5 years has the functionality).

The Bluetooth Remote does not work with any GoPro or other action sport cameras. See Wi-fi remote for GoPro

Is the Bluetooth remote waterproof?

The bluetooth remote is not waterproof. In fact, there are no underwater remotes that exist because the signal gets interupted by the water.

How do I connect to the Bluetooth Remote?

Please follow these instructions:

1. Hold the button on the Bluetooth remote for 3 seconds to enable pairing

2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone (typically found with “Settings”)

3. Connect to the device called “Kulger”

4. Open your smartphones camera application

5. Click the button the bluetooth remote to action the shutter

6. Hold the button for 5 seconds to turn off the bluetooth remote

Can you detach the Bluetooth remote?

Yes, the Bluetooth remote can be easily attached and removed from the Spivo 360 using the supplied clip. Additionally, the Bluetooth remote itself can be removed from the attachment clip, leaving the Spivo 360 clip on the Spivo 360 if desired.

Buoy Floatation Device
What camera will the Buoy float?

The Buoy will float any GoPro camera or similar action sport camera mounted onto the Spivo 360.

It is designed to float the Spivo 360 plus a camera that weighs up to 0.4lbs (200 grams), this value can vary depending on the geometry and material of the camera. As such, always make sure to test the floatability of your camera and Spivo 360 in a safe environment prior to usage.

How do I securely attach the Buoy to the Spivo 360?

The Buoy is mounted onto the Spivo 360 using a secure cinch strap. The Buoy itself is made from a rugged EVA foam that will not tear. Kindly refer to these video instructions on how to mount it

What GoPro cameras are compatible?

All GoPro cameras which output Wi-Fi signals will work with the Remote for GoPro (Hero 3+, Hero 4 (Black and Silver), Hero Session, Hero 5, Hero 5 Session, Hero 6, Hero 7).

The WiFi remote is not compatible with the Hero 2018.

How do I connect to the Remote for GoPro?

Can I use this remote with my phone?

No, the Remote for GoPro is only compatible with GoPro cameras. For a phones, kindly refer to the bluetooth remote which is included with every Tilt Phonemount.

Is the Remote for GoPro waterproof?

The Remote for GoPro is waterproof up to 3.3 feet (1m).

However, the Remote will not function underwater as signals do not propagate well underwater due to interference.

Travel Lens
Is a phone case required to use the Travel Lens?

No, a case is not required to use the Travel Lens. It is compatible with all smartphones using the included universal clip and can be used on either the selfie or rear facing camera.

For iPhone users, we have the Travel iPhone Case which let you screw the Travel Lens directly into the case.

How do I attach the Travel Lens to my phone?

The Travel Lens attaches to your phone's camera using the universal attachment clip. The easiest way to correctly lign it up is to look through the Lens and position your phone's camera in the middle of the travel lens.

For iPhone users, the Lens can be screwed into the Travel iPhone case.

Is it waterproof?

The Travel Lens is water resistant, but not waterproof. Water immersion can lead to a reduction in image quality due to water deposits on the internal optical glass.

What phones are compatible?

The Travel Lens is compatible with all smartphones. It can be attached to either the selfie, or rear facing camera using the supplied universal clip.

If you are using a case, you might need to remove it if the Lens is sitting too far away from your phone's camera. It will look like shadows in the corners of your image, simply remove your case and it will work perfectly.

How do I use the macro lens?

The macro lens portion of the Travel Lens is found in the base portion of the lens (towards the screw thread).

To reveal the macro lens, hold on the base piece firmly (close to the screw thread), then turn the large wide angle lens portion counter clockwise until it comes off.

The macro lens magnifies objects by 12 times, so you will need to get very close to objets to use it.

To re-attach the wide angle portion, simply screw on the wide angle portion clockwise.

Travel iPhone Case for Lens
What cases are available?

Cases for the Travel Lens are available for the iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X.

If your phone is not the list you can still use the Travel Lens with the included universal clip.

How does the Travel Lens attach to the case?

The Travel Lens simply screws on clockwise to the screw thread on the rear of the Travel iPhone Case. To remove it, rotate the Travel Lens counterclockwise.

Take care in not over tightening the Lens to the Case.

Do I need the case to use the Travel Lens?

No, the case is not required to use the Travel Lens. The Travel Lens can be attached to your smartphone using the included universal clip as well.

What size is it?

The Flexible Handgrip Tripod is 12 inches (30.5cm) long.

What cameras can you use?

Every camera is compatible! The ball head and legs are strong enough to hold small to moderate DSLR cameras.

You can mount your smartphone using the included aluminum phonemount, your GoPro using the included GoPro mount and screw, or mount your camera directly to the standard ¼-20” screw thread.

How do I get a warranty replacement?

To submit a warranty claim, please contact and provide as much detail as possible (pictures ot videos are required).

What is the return policy?

Spivo Inc. is proud to offer a 45-day risk free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Spivo product(s) purchased through, you may return your order within 45 days of receipt for a complete refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.

How do I return my Spivo products?

1. request Return Authorization (RA) by contacting Spivo’s customer service by email at

2. Place products in original packaging and remove original shipping labels.

3. Write your order number (e.g. A19561) of the outside of the package and mail it to the address provided via email. Not the sender address.

4. Your purchase method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) will be credited upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the credit to be applied.

Notes: Any damaged items which are not covered under our warranty cannot be accepted for a refund under our 45 day money back guarantee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and assume responsibility for the return package insurance. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
